Connectivity
Voice & VoIP
From a single line at the wall to a full 3CX phone system.
From a single number that rings, to lines for the phone system you already own, to a full system with apps, video and call routing. We host it, we support it, and your existing numbers come with you.
What you get
- Calls that reach whoever is actually available
- The same number whether you're at a desk, at home or on site
- A second system standing by, ready to take over if the first one stops
- One yearly 3CX licence cost, not a per-user monthly fee
- A phone system that moves premises with you
Delivered with our partners
We work with VoIP HQ, who hold 3CX's top partner tier. Licensing comes through them, we host and support the systems we deploy — and we provide support for VoIP HQ's own customers as well as ours.
Three ways to do this
Which one is right depends on what you already have. We'll tell you honestly.
A line at the wall
The simplest option. A phone line delivered through the phone socket on your fibre box — a working number, without a phone system behind it.
- Right for a small site that just needs a number that rings
- No handsets to manage, no system to learn
- Keep your existing number
SIP trunking
You already have a phone system you're happy with. We provide the lines it connects to, so you can come off the old copper network without replacing equipment that still works.
- Works with the phone system you already have
- Add or drop lines as the team changes
- Moving your numbers across is handled
3CX, hosted and supported
A full phone system with apps, video, live chat and control over where calls go. Share our system, or have one of your own. Licensing comes through VoIP HQ, so we can supply the licence, host it, or both.
- Your own separate space on our shared system, or a system of your own
- Hosted by us, with a second one standing by to reduce downtime
- Desktop, mobile and browser apps — your extension anywhere
- Video meetings, live chat and SMS in the same system
Plans and pricing
Prices are per month and exclude GST. A phone line can be added to any of our fibre plans; the 3CX options are full phone systems with apps, video, and control over where calls go.

How it works
Backed by a 3CX Platinum partner
VoIP HQ hold 3CX's top partner tier, and we work inside their operation — licensing comes through them, and we support their customers alongside our own. 3CX is something we are in every day rather than occasionally.
A spare system, not just a backup plan
We can run a second copy of your phone system, ready to take over if the main one has a problem. Phones are the thing a business notices fastest when they stop, so it is usually worth having.
Share our system, or have your own
On our shared system you get your own separate space — the same features and your own settings, kept apart from other customers, at a fraction of the cost of running your own. Outgrow it and you move to a system of your own.
More than calls
Video meetings with no time limit, live chat from your website, and SMS — in the same system your phones are already on, rather than three more subscriptions.
Your extension anywhere
Desktop, mobile and browser apps mean someone working from home or on site is still on the same extension, with the same number.
Number porting
Keep the number that's on your van, your signage and every listing you've ever been in.
