Connectivity

Business internet

A connection your business can actually rely on.

Fibre and wireless broadband with business-grade support — so when something goes wrong you reach someone who can fix it.

Can you get fibre here?

Availability depends on the street, not the suburb — two doors apart can differ. Put the address in and we'll show what can actually be delivered there.

What you get

  • A connection sized for what your business actually does on it
  • Connections we set up and run ourselves
  • Support from people who can escalate to the network operator
  • Options where fibre isn't available at your address
  • One provider for the connection, the phones and the equipment behind it

How it works

  • We run the connection, so we can fix it

We set up and run the connections ourselves, which is how we can connect sites throughout New Zealand. Orders, changes and moves are ours to handle — and when a fault does turn out to be the network operator's, chasing them is our job rather than yours.

  • Fibre

Where it's available, fibre is almost always the right answer. We'll tell you what can be delivered at your address.

  • Wireless broadband

For sites fibre hasn't reached, or where you need something working before the install date.

  • Business-grade support

A fault gets a person, not a queue position. We deal with the network operator so you don't have to.

  • The important things get priority

Getting a connection to the building is the easy part. We set up what's behind it so your payments, phones and staff aren't competing with the guest wifi.

Common questions

How fast a connection do we need?
It depends far more on what you do than on how many staff you have. A studio moving large files and a ten-person office doing email have very different needs. Tell us how you work and we'll recommend something honest.
What if fibre isn't available at our address?
That's common enough. Wireless broadband covers a lot of sites well, and in some cases it's worth checking whether a fibre build is viable. We'll tell you what your options actually are.
How long does an install take?
It varies a lot by address and by what's already in the ground. Ask us early — the timeframe is usually the thing that surprises people, not the price.
Can you keep our existing phone numbers?
In most cases yes. Number porting is routine, though it needs planning so nothing goes quiet mid-move.
